Warranty and Repair Policy

All products sold on RudimentalLuxury.com are guaranteed authentic. Our goal is to provide the best service with the best possible pricing. Rudimental Luxury does not follow manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (MSRP), and are not authorized to provide a manufacturer’s warranty. Instead, Rudimental Luxury provides its own warranty. Products sold on the site are serviced by our warranty and not the manufacturer’s warranty.

We understand that having a warranty is a major concern when purchasing products. Please read our Warranty and Repairs policy as elaborated below.

Quality Assurance:

Rudimental Luxury examines all items for – among other things – issues or defects prior to shipping. It may at its sole discretion record any and/or all items individually or collectively at the time of shipping and/or receiving returns for record keeping, and/or for Quality Assurance purposes as mentioned in our terms and conditions.

Warranty Policy

We have the opportunity to provide you with brand name merchandise at prices potentially far lower than any Authorized Dealer can give you.  While the merchandise is 100% authentic, since we are not Authorized Distributors, the warranty of items that we sell may not be covered by the Manufacturer. In the cases where it would not be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty, a limited warranty is provided by RudimentalLuxury.com and not by the manufacturer.  The limited warranty coverage is in effect from the day the order is placed. All warranty repairs are valid only at RudimentalLuxury.com. Repairs or service by someone other than RudimentalLuxury.com will void all warranties.

Our warranty for watches only covers the watch movement. This limited warranty does not cover the watch case, bezel, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, screws, clasps/buckles, crystal/glass, or finishes and polishing. Damage arising from use that exceeds the manufacturer’s specifications for water resistance is not covered. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, and/or accidental or intentional misuse or abuse or any other physical and/or external damage.  Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than RudimentalLuxury.com will void this warranty. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

For all other items, our warranty only covers manufacturing defects. In no case will warranty cover damage caused by wear and tear, and/or accidental or intentional misuse or abuse or any other physical and/or external damage. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than RudimentalLuxury.com will void this warranty. Damages caused by use of parts such as inks and refills not supplied by Rudimental Luxury will not be covered. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties. 

Repair Policy

All warranty Repair returns must have a Return Authorization. Please contact us prior to returning your order for the Return Authorization. For warranty services contact RudimentalLuxury.com customer support.

Shipping and shipping insurance costs for warranty returns to us must be paid for, and covered by the customer. All items should be sent by a prepaid, fully insured (to the listed value of the product when sold), and traceable mail courier. The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment.

All policies and procedures outlined in the return policy are applicable and are to be followed in case of repairs. In case items are covered by our warranty and are unrepairable or their cost of repair exceeds reasonable levels as determined by Rudimental Luxury in their sole discretion, the customer may be provided a replacement item of the same or similar style and value, or store credit of an equivalent amount paid by them for that particular item towards a future purchase.
